Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
Why You’ll Love It
Born from Craft and Curiosity in the Yarra Valley: Started in 2013, Four Pillars went from a small craft distillery to being named World's Best Gin three times (2019, 2020, and 2023) by the IWSC in London. A household name in Australia & considered a local success story, Four Pillars can be found in over 30 countries around the world – and they are thrilled to finally be adding Canada to that list!
Bright Citrus Meets Bold Spice: Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin delivers an explosion of fresh Australian citrus—orange peel and lemon myrtle—balanced by warming spice notes of cardamom, pepperberry, and cinnamon. A vibrant, modern gin that captures both sunshine and sophistication in every pour.
Exceptionally Smooth with a Lifted Finish: Crafted to be sipped neat or stirred into your favourite cocktail, this gin is silky and aromatic, with a clean, dry finish that never overwhelms. The interplay of juniper purity and citrus brightness makes it endlessly versatile—perfect for a G&T, Negroni, or something uniquely your own.
