Simple: if you don't like the product you bought we will refund you for any unopened bottles. You can return the product or swap it for another. Your choice. In the case you get a defective product (ie off odor in the first bottle you open) we will take everything back no questions asked.

Azureau delivers across the Province of Ontario. At this time, we do not service other provinces or territories. Delivery timeframes vary by region. In general we strive to complete deliveries as follows:

• Greater Toronto Area: 3-5 business days
• Ottawa, London, Barrie, Kitchener-Waterloo, St. Catherine’s: 5-7 business days
• Other Areas: 7-10 business days
