Giulio Bava, Paolo Bava
The Cocchi style can be defined as elegant and authentic. The quality of the wine and the ingredients, the technical experience that is more than a century old, and a passion and creativity that has never failed over the years.
Cocchi was born and still has its headquarters in Piedmont: a land rich in history and nature suspended between ancient castles and a modern entrepreneurial spirit, and a place of unique food and wine culture. Crossroads between the vineyards of the Langa and Monferrato, and with its capital, Torino, home of Vermouth, in the historic heart of the kingdom of Savoy dynasty.

Cocchi produces, since 1891, wine-based aperitifs and 100% Piedmontese sparkling wines in Asti. From the founder Giulio Cocchi, the winery has inherited an inexhaustible liveliness and qualitative research that leads it to be known and appreciated on five continents. All Cocchi products are based on wine and the recipes are still those of the past, codified on the basis of the intuitions of Giulio Cocchi himself. Since 1978 the company has been owned by the Bava family.
