Why You'll Love It:
A Taste of Tradition: Embrace a century-old tradition with Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro. Named after the Italian phrase for "after the theatre," this classic vermouth was the choice for theatre enthusiasts in Piedmont, enjoyed chilled with a twist of lemon zest as they reflected on the evening’s events.
Exquisite Craftsmanship: Crafted from Giulio Cocchi’s original recipe, this vermouth features a masterful blend of wormwood, rhubarb, cassia bark, chiretta, and a double infusion of cinchona. Enhanced with Barolo Chinato, it delivers delicate red nuances and a sophisticated, complex profile.
How to Enjoy: This vermouth is cherished for elevating aperitifs and cocktails with a touch of Italian tradition. Serve it chilled with a lemon zest for an authentic Piedmont experience or explore its versatility in classic cocktails. Try it in a Boulevardier for a sophisticated twist on the Negroni or in a Martinez for a refined take on the classic Martini.
