Cocchi Vermouth-Infused Panettone

This collaboration between two Piedmontese masters in their craft--Albertengo and Giulio Cocchi--gives birth to the perfect holiday pastry.

An elegant and fragrant Panettone, made with candied lemon and orange peels soaked in Cocchi Vermouth and garnished with an icing made with Piedmont Hazelnut and almonds.

A delicate and enveloping aroma of spices and the freshness of ginger recall the aromatic bouquet of Vermouth and complete the profile of this unique Panettone.

Made with sourdough and leavened for 48 hours, the recipe includes first choice ingredients: butter, Italian free range eggs, raisins and candied fruits and no preservatives.

To be accompanied by a glass of chilled Storico Vermouth di Torino, Vermouth Amaro, or Vino Chinato with a lemon peel.
