WineAlive! Lessons Azureau has a unique adaptable system for training staff on how to best represent a wine. Courses are always tailored to our clients’ needs to suit their wine promotions and features. The typical training includes five sections:

1. The Land: This section focuses on the region where the wine comes from and its influence on the wine.
2. The Grape: Now staff are given an introduction to the grape variety or blend that make up the wine, focussing on its unique character and expression in that particular region.
3. The Style: How did the winemaker craft this wine? Elements such as fermentation technique, yeasts, and barrel aging would be included in this section.
4. The Wine: Probably the most important section, we discuss the colours, aromas, and tastes present in the wine.
5. The Perfect Complements: Finally, the lesson focusses on what foods would pair well with this wine.

WineAlive! Quizzing Once the lesson is complete, staff are required to complete a short quiz to ensure they retained key messages. Our clients determine how detailed the quiz should be and how tough we should score the results. Quiz takers receive instant feedback and can take time to review questions they answered incorrectly.

WineAlive! Administration Our clients have full control of who receives training with the ability to add as many staff members as they want. At any time, client administrators can check to see who has completed training and what scores were achieved on tests.
